Volunteer Opportunities

To be a volunteer with Cadence requires the simple convergence of compassion and dedication to our Mission to help others. Volunteers with experience working with horses are invaluable. However, if you have that aforementioned compassion, the Cadence leadership team will provide the training you need to work with our horses and clients. Many schools offer credit to students for their volunteer efforts with a non-profit organization. Cadence will not only provide invaluable training to these young volunteers, we will also make sure that the required credits are obtained. The benefits for volunteers not only include training that can be used over a lifetime, there is also free rider training time in our large arena. Cadence president, Ron Tyner, and Board Member, Ken Crowe, are highly experience in training horses and riders and will be teaching any volunteers who want to improve their own skills with horses.
